~  Two hour minimum
~  $40.00 Call out charge
~  Services billed by the minute
~  Materials: Cost +10%
~  Materials acquisition time: Billed at our hourly rate (on the clock)
~  Customer can acquire the materials ahead of time to save this expense
~  Larger projects will be bid via proposal/contract and the hourly rate will not apply
